BOKAKHAT: Cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar visited Kaziranga, arriving in Kahor as part of a personal journey to discover the region.
Accompanied by his wife Anjali and daughter, he received a warm welcome at the Borgach Resort in Kahor, where the management had made prior arrangements for his arrival. Upon entering Kaziranga, local authorities ensured the safety of the esteemed Bharat Ratna recipient by providing a secure escort to the resort.
The news of his visit attracted enthusiastic fans, who gathered both inside and outside the resort. Reports indicate that Tendulkar plans to explore the area further, including a ride on an elephant.
