In Hojai, a condolence meeting was convened under the auspices of the Marwari Panchayati at the Shri Laxmi Narayan temple on Thakurbari road this past Sunday. During the gathering, members of the Marwari Panchayati observed a moment of silence and offered prayers for the eternal peace of the souls tragically lost in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, on April 22. They extended their heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families during this difficult time and prayed for divine strength to help them cope with their loss. Subsequently, all attendees vehemently condemned the atrocious attack and urged the Government of India to implement stringent measures against such terrorists to prevent future occurrences.
