BISWANATH CHARIALI: The Chief Minister’s goodwill gifts were distributed today among the journalists of Biswanath district who have been recognized by the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Assam.
For this purpose, a special programme was organized in the conference room of the District Commissionerate of Biswanath. District Commissioner Munindra Nath Ngatey formally handed over the gifts to all the journalists present in the programme. Presenting the gifts, the DC expressed gratitude to and thanked all the journalists for the cooperation extended by them.
Senior journalist Pranab Ojah thanked the Chief Minister for the goodwill gifts. The programme was conducted by Ranjit Saikia while Additional District Administrator Hriday Kumar Das, Assistant Commissioner and District Information and Public Relations Officer-in-Charge Pushpankar Patir, Administrative Officer Girish Hazarika, and others were present on the occasion.
