Assam: Conducted an off-site mock drill at the HPCL bottling facility in Goalpara

A level 3 annual off-site mock drill was held at the HPCL Goalpara LPG Bottling plant on Wednesday, in partnership with the district fire and emergency services, Mornoi police station, and Green Health Services.

During this drill, Golendra Mochahari, DGM-RC, along with Plant Manager Sikander Rana, emphasized the successful completion of the safety exercise at the LPG facility, highlighting the critical role of preparedness in safeguarding both personnel and the surrounding environment. “This exercise has reinforced our dedication to upholding high safety standards and has allowed us to pinpoint areas where our emergency response procedures can be enhanced. It is essential for everyone to remain vigilant, adhere to all safety protocols, and be prepared to respond promptly in the event of an emergency.

Safety is a collective responsibility, and together, we will continue to prioritize a secure working environment for all,” stated the officers. Hablakant Rabha and Devanand Hajong from Mornoi Police Station, Bhrubo from Green Health Services, along with plant officers Somnath Santra, Ravi Ranjan, Ravi Chouhan, Upendra Sapkota, Sahil Nayak, and Pawan Mandal, actively participated in the drill.
