Punjabi actress Sonam Bajwa has been added to the cast of ‘Border 2‘, one of the most eagerly awaited films set to premiere in January 2026. The producers announced on Monday that Sonam will star alongside Diljit Dosanjh in this forthcoming movie.
“We are pleased to welcome @sonambajwa to the #Border2 family, opposite @diljitdosanjh. A narrative where elegance and honor converge – hitting theaters on January 22, 2026,” stated a post on the official Instagram account of T-Series Films. Directed by Anurag Singh, ‘Border 2’ also features Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan in significant roles.
Discussing the sequel to one of Bollywood’s most cherished films, ‘Border’, producer Bhushan Kumar previously remarked, “Border is more than just a film; it represents an emotion for every Indian. With Border 2, we intend to continue that legacy and present it to a new generation.
