NAGAON: In accordance with the directive issued by the Government of Assam, in anticipation of the nation’s 79th Independence Day, the Nagaon district administration organized a ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ rally throughout Nagaon town on Tuesday. The rally was officially inaugurated by District Commissioner Devasish Sharma and Superintendent of Police, Nagaon Swapnanil Deka at the Nagaon Nehrubali field on Tuesday afternoon.
Numerous students from various educational institutions, police personnel, central reserve police force members, NCC cadets, heads of institutions, officials, and employees from different government departments, including the district commissioner’s office, took part in the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ rally.
