GUWAHATI: Manoj Yadava, the Director General of the Railway Protection Force (RPF), visited the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) to evaluate the security protocols and examine the ongoing improvements to RPF infrastructure and operations within the region. His visit underscores the Indian Railways’ commitment to bolstering security standards and operational readiness throughout all areas. The Northeast Frontier Railway is a strategically significant region for Indian Railways, sharing international borders with several neighboring countries, including Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, and Myanmar.
